Response time

We aim to reply within 2 business days for general support and within 30 days for GDPR requests (the maximum allowed by Art. 12(3) GDPR). If your request is urgent or relates to a security concern, please mark the subject line accordingly.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the huuman app, tap your profile, then go to Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We have no way to recover an account once it has been deleted.

How do I export my data?

Open the huuman app, tap your profile, then go to Privacy → Export My Data. You will receive a JSON file containing all your account data and signed links to your photos. The links expire after one hour.

How do I disable analytics?

Open the huuman app, tap your profile, then go to Privacy → Analytics and toggle it off. Analytics is off by default for new accounts; only existing users created before May 18, 2026 were grandfathered to opted-in and can switch off at any time.

How do I disconnect Apple Health?

Open iOS Settings → Apple Health → Data Access & Devices → huuman, then turn off the data types you no longer want to share. We will stop receiving new data immediately. Historical data already synced remains in your account until you delete it via the in-app reset or full account deletion.

I think the coach gave me bad advice. What do I do?

First, do not act on it. huuman is an AI coach, not a doctor. If a suggestion feels wrong, harmful, or beyond the AI's competence — especially around medical conditions, injuries, eating disorders, or mental health — talk to a qualified human professional. Then please write to us at support@huuman.life so we can investigate and improve the coach. In emergencies, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK).

I want to report a security issue.

Please write to security@huuman.life with a description of the issue and steps to reproduce. We appreciate responsible disclosure. Do not test against production accounts other than your own.
